Ministry of Hospitality:
Our aim is for RPCC to be known as a welcoming & hospitable community. Our hospitality ministry is sometimes specific/targeted; other times open to the wider church membership or community.
Above all we aim to make visitors and friends feel welcome and at home when they share with us.
If you would like a welcome pack, which contains not only information on RPCC but also information on Burnie (especially if you are new to the area) contact the Church office on 64 330519, or talk to one of our greeters on a Sunday.
There is an unpredictability to life. There are mountain top highs, but also valley lows. God says, “He will walk with us through each one, and show us the way out.” When you need someone to listen, someone to help make sense of life & your circumstances, assistance is only a phone call or visit away. RPCC is a caring community ready to help you in all kinds of ways. Our people are good listeners who would love to offer you their help, prayer and encouragement, as well as referring you on for more help if necessary.

At Romaine Park we want to help kids find their place in God’s big story. It’s our goal to partner with parents to help kids discover that God’s story can be their story too. Each of our age-appropriate children’s environments feature fun worship, storytelling, and a group experience where they will build relationships for a lifetime. Our Children’s ministry happens in the Child Safe Life Development Centre every Sunday during the school term and while the morning worship is happening. Why not come and join us?
For parents with babies up to three years of age there is a specially set-up room off the main foyer. There are soft furnishings, changing facilities and toys where you can take your child and still hear and see what is happening in the main service.
Crèche is available in the Learning Development Centre for children aged 1-4 years old.
At the present time we have three different activities for Youth at RPCC.

At RPCC we believe home groups are essential for the health and well being of the church and each individual. Life Groups are the key to getting connected. They are a gathering of a small group of like minded people where you’ll make friends with whom you can share, laugh, cry and serve with.
Our goal is to offer an opportunity for everyone to join a home group. Our home groups are places where people are able to explore God’s word more deeply, pray together, provide mutual support and encouragement to one another allowing our spiritual journey to progress. Therefore they are places where trust is high and authentic relationships strengthen and shape our journey together with God in an environment of fellowship and worship.
Our home groups are flexible and adapt to meet a range of needs and opportunities identified by the group. Being part of a home group can strengthen and encourage your study of the Word helping to strengthen your faith and continue your journey with God.
Why not enquire today about a group you can join. Contact our office for more details.
At Romaine Park we are on a mission to generously extend hope to the poor. As Jesus followers, we believe it is important to bring transformation by loving and serving the surrounding community. That’s what Local Involvement is all about.
Many times the perfect opportunity to bring transformation through love already exists in our own families, workplaces and neighborhoods – we just don’t recognize it. RPCC’s ministries to the marginalized population in our community impart dignity to people who are often on the fringes. Many people in our community are marginalized because of their unemployment status, their lack of housing, or as a result of choices they’ve made.
God has created every person with worth and He has the power to redeem our past and change our circumstances, and we want to walk alongside people as they come out of the margins and use their gifts to honor God and impact their communities.
Global Connections at RPCC actively encourages all followers of Jesus to participate in global mission. This can be by becoming a career missionary, prayer, financial contribution and/or joining Mission Awareness Tours to various mission projects/missionaries sponsored by the church.
At the heart of RPCC there is a passion to be the hands and feet of Jesus to those in the developing world. At the present time we are actively partnering with Oasis Life Care Ministries in Zambia, helping to develop a market garden that, over time, will provide for over 200 widows and orphans in Kantalomba Compound, Ndola.
Want to join us as we reach out to those in need or join an upcoming mission awareness trip or consider becoming more involved in long term mission work? Find out how by contacting our Global Connections Team through the church office on 6433 0519.
